If I sign up for Automatic Monthly Maintenance Reminders, will I get unsolicited e-mail ?

No!  If you sign up for automatic monthly maintenance reminders from Home-Wizard^TM we will of course be sending you monthly e-mails for these reminders if your maintenance tasks are due.  But we will not be providing your e-mail address to anyone else, and we will not be sending you any unsolicited e-mails.  

No matter how many reminders that you sign up for, the most e-mail you will ever receive is once per month, as our software is designed to group together your reminders in logical groups based on the reminders you select, the ideal maintenance schedules for your appliances, the types of work required for the tasks currently due, and the seasons of the year.

Will my information be kept private ?

Yes!  Your information will absolutely not be shared with any third parties. Your information will be handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Statement.

If I have signed up for Automatic Reminders and have forgotten my password, what do I do ?

Simply click here: Forgot your password?, and we will send the information to the e-mail address that we have on file for you.

How do I login to preview my automatic reminders?

You will be receiving your Automatic Maintenance Reminders at the e-mail address that you submitted.  To preview your maintenance tasks for any month, just click here to LOGIN.

How can I update my profile?

If you have signed up for Automatic Maintenance Reminders and want to change your e-mail address, password or the features of your home, simply LOGIN, then click the Update Profile link in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

How can I send my friends a link to the Home-Wizard.com website?

What are some of the new things that Home-Wizard.com is working on?

In a recent survey of our users, we heard very strongly that users would like us to help them find energy-saving and safety-related products for their homes.  The survey also indicated that users would like more help with finding local contractors.  We have starting working on building these capabilities, and are hoping to begin offering these new products and services in the near future.
