The Home Wizard app calculates your ideal home care program to avoid problems with your Storm Windows, but sometimes trouble can still occur. Here are answers to questions about storm window cleaning.

QUESTION FROM Ronda

Is there a way to clean storm windows without removing them?

ANSWER FROM HOME-WIZARD

Dear Ronda:

Are you referring to cleaning the outside of the windows, that are up high and hard to reach? If so, what you can do is use a long-handled broom to wipe away dirt, leaves, debris and cobwebs.
Then wrap a dry towel around the broom and continue cleaning the window without any liquid. Next, use a hose to spray the window to wash away the loose material. An alternative is to buy a telescoping squeegy.

Hope this is helpful.
